12 years ago, began the coloroso journey to unravel this simple yet age defying story of the indian woman and the aesthetics that define her. Coloroso is that innocent peek into her mind, spun with threads of heirloom silk, into these spirited women’s lives.
We have walked this road, with her, her kohl laden eyes, hair knotted loosely in a bun, chappals of weatherworn leather and muted silver eardrops that catch the dusk gently. Let us take you through these meandering lanes of banaras and its generational house of Sari weavers, through tiny dirt roads leading to a maze-like universe, steeped in a history of luxury, handmade heritage and soul cleansing spirituality.
In 2025 we are proudly celebrating our tryst with this ancient town…and we want you to join us in this revival of handwoven art.
This our ode to you. You my ladies, who has inspired us to craft this unique blend of curated culture across bold and modern drapes.
