What precautions are you taking for to be order delivered in a hygienic and safe way?
We have implemented additional health and safety measures in our warehouse to ensure a safe working and shopping experience for all our teams and customers:
- Health checks: Our teams will complete health checks daily before their shifts
- Social distancing: We are adhering to social distancing guidelines and wearing face masks
- Regular sanitization: Our warehouse is being sanitized and surfaces are disinfected after use with alcohol-based supplies.
- Safe delivery: Our delivery staff partners follow stringent health protocols and we are encouraging contact less delivery through prepaid orders only.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to sign up to place an order. You can check-out as a guest.
How can I track my online order?
We will send you an email with an order tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Can I redeem my physical Coloroso gift card online?
You cannot redeem your physical Coloroso gift card for purchases on our online store.

What payment methods do you accept?
For domestic orders we accept major credit or debit cards, net banking, UPI & wallets.
For international orders you can choose to pay with major credit cards.
Do you offer cash on delivery for orders placed online?
Cash on delivery service is not available at the moment.

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You cannot change the shipping address for orders that are placed. Please verify & confirm all details before completing an order.
I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery abroad. Is it possible?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Do note international taxes and duties will need to be paid directly by the recipient to the shipping partner on delivery of the order.
Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
